The blessed month of Ramadan is here, of patience, enjoyment, sincerity, repentance, and what not! The gates of Heaven are opened, the gates of the Hell closed. We are all expecting the big days to come, to fast, to pray, to seek forgiveness, to give charity and many other good. Have we prepared for the month of goodness? Why plan one?

You failed last Ramadan.

You dreamt to do lot of good deeds last Ramadan, but you could not accomplish it. You decide every year to complete the whole Quran in the month, but were never able to.

Your last Ramadan, which one will you choose, Ramadan or football?

Of course, Lionel Messi is in good form and Costa Rica, unbelievably in their best performance and world champions Spain and Italy are already out. Ramadan is here. You need to tackle over the game. Think, you don’t get the world cup. You need to divest yourself of anything that impede your Ramadan experience.

Everyone has 24 hours

That’s right. We have twenty four hours. We need to work, cook, look after our family, visit our relatives and friends and all other work, and we need to fast with the utmost reward one can possibly think of.

Avoid exhaustion

People decide to do a lot of good deeds, fortunately, does it in the first few days of the Ramadan. Then they get exhausted, causing rapid loss of momentum and gradually stop doing, and reaching a bare minimum mindset. The solution is simple. Plan your Ramadan according to your work, time and your ability.

Prophet Muhammad (S) said: “The deeds most loved by Allah are those dome regularly, even if they are little.” [Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim]
